摘要
在分别探讨法律方法与民间法研究意义基础上,认为法律方法与民间规范问题研究不仅分别有益于法律方法问题研究和民间规范问题研究,而且还会生发出一定的拓展意义,有利于形成方法与规则及规则间的谐合,并最终有利于实现国家和社会的谐合之治。
This article thinks that the research is not only beneficial to the study of legal method and the study of civil norms but also cause some collateral significance. The collateral significance is beneficial to not only the harmony between methods and norms but the one between state and society.
