This paper specifically analyzes various tests that Ningbo＇s textiles industry has faced and experienced in the past five years since China entered into WTO, such as influence on system and cost, etc. It puts forward measures to promote the adjustment of textiles industry structure and to make good transformation and promotion of the industry, i.e., to strengthen government＇s adjustment and control, to cultivate enterprises with dominance, to promote the quality of business operation, to set up response mechanism of ＂system obstacle＂ and to play the role of business association.
