关于我国就业与创业环境的几点思考

Reflections on the Employment and Undertaking-starting Environment in China

就业问题是重大问题。从经济学家到政府从没放弃过对就业问题的思考。就业需要岗位、需要环境,要解决就业环境首先应解决创业环境。创业问题是更重大的问题。本文通过对制约我国创业环境的制度性因素等分析,提出优化我国创业环境的对策思考,以期最终解决就业问题。

Employment is a serious issue in our country. The government and economists have been always taking it into consideration. Employment needs job positions and environment. Therefore, the solution to employment environment lies in providing the undertaking-starting environment. This is a more serious problem. By analyzing the systematic factors that restrict the undertaking-starting environment in our country, this paper puts forward measures to optimize the undertaking-starting environment so as to solve the employment issue eventually.
