摘要
保险利益是保险合同的重要组成部分,是内在于保险合同的灵魂。本文试从保险利益的构成要件、特征、范围、效力这几个方面对保险利益进行分析。
Insurance benefit is the main part and the soul of an insurance contract. This paper tries to analyze the insurance benefit from the integrant parts, characteristics, scope and effect.
