摘要
早期的动机研究主要集中在动机的定义以及动机对外语教学的影响上,很少单从教师的角度来探讨如何激发学习者的学习动机。本文从学习环境、学习策略以及学习者的个性差异入手,论述教师如何激发学习者的学习动机,从而提高学习效率、达到学习目标的问题。
The early researches in motivation only attach great importance to the definition of motivation and the motivation's effect on language teaching, with little attention to the methods of how to stimulate learners' learning motivation from teachers' angle. Starting from learning environment, learning strategies and the difference of learners, this paper elaborates the way to stimulate learners' learning motivation so as to improve learning efficiency and achieve the learning goal.
