案例教学法在法律基础课教学中的应用

摘要 案例教学法是一种理论联系实际的教学方法。它要求以案例为基本教材,在教师的指导下,运用多种形式启发学生独立思考,对案例所提供的材料和问题进行分析研究,提出见解,作出判断和决策,以此提高学生分析问题和解决问题能力。文章对案例教学法的特征作了分析,并结合《继承法》这一教学内容对案例教学法的具体运用作了论述。 Case teaching approach is a teaching approach which combines theory with practice. It requires using various ways to develop students' independent thinking with cases as basic teaching materials and under the guidance of teachers, and to study the materials and problems in the case, put forward opinions and make decisions so as to improve students' ability of analyzing and solving problems. This paper analyzes the characteristics of case teaching approach and discusses the specific application of the approach by combining the teaching material Inheritance Law.
