摘要
本文研究了含羊毛粒子的改性丙纶(WP/PP)纤维用Foron类分散染料染色的工艺及相关的染色性能,分析了该纤维常压可染的机理,通过测定染色织物的K/S和染色牢度评价了染色效果.结果表明:与纯PP纤维相比,WP/PP纤维的染色性能有了很大程度的改善,上染率提高1倍以上;优化染色工艺为:染色温度95℃,染色时间45 min,载体Dilatin POE的质量浓度0.8 g/L;Foron类分散染料染过的WP/PP纤维具有良好皂洗牢度、汗渍牢度和摩擦牢度.
In this paper, the dyeing process and property of disperse dyes on WP/PP fiber were studied. The mechanism of normal pressure dyeing on the WP/PP fiber was discussed. The K/ S value and the color fastness of fabric were determined. The results showed that the dyeing ability of WP/PP fiber was obviously better and the ratio of dye up-take was one times higher than that of PP fiber. The optimum dyeing conditions for the WP/PP fiber was as the following: the dye temperature was 95℃, the dyeing time was 45 rain, the concentration of carrier Dilatin POE was 0.8 g/L. The color fastness to laundering, perspiration and crocking were excellent after the WP/PP fiber has been dyed with disperse dyes of Foron.
