当前大学生就业能力不足的原因是专业能力不足,学习能力不强,实践能力低下,品格养成欠缺,创业意识淡薄,职业目标不明等。要提升大学生就业能力应从构建合理的人才培养模式、注重大学生个性培养、强化大学生社会实践、重视大学生品格养成、加强大学生创业教育以及开展大学生职业生涯规划指导等六个方面,加强培养。

The reasons why modem college students lack employment capability are their insufficient specialty proficiency, poor study ability, incapability of practice, shortage of morality, weak sense of enterprising and blurred occupational target. The promotion of college students＇ employment capability depends on the＇six aspects, including constructing a reasonable talent training mode, paying attention to the fostering of college students＇ individuality, strengthening college students＇ social practice, emphasizing their morality cultivation, enhancing their enterprising education and developing their career planning guidance etc.
