The Basic Principle of the Economic Constitution

从经济法作为一个独立的法的部门出发,通过对关于经济法基本原则的已有学说观点的总结,提出经济法的基本原则,在实务上为经济法规则提供了基础和出发点,以此完善经济法体系,有助于经济法的理论研究。

Starting off from the standpoint that the economic constitution is an independent branch of law,this paper puts forward the fundamental guidlines of the economic constitution by concluding the prior opinion or doctrine and practically provides a basis and a starting point,so as to help make a complete system of economic laws and dicrees and promote the theoretical study of the economic constitution.
