摘要
提出一种改进的匹配跟踪视频编码的位分配策略,它能够根据人类视觉的某些高级特性在编码过程中动态确定视觉关注优先的区域,然后以此作为依据调整原有的原子搜索策略,使得原子函数分布集中在感兴趣区域附近,因此这些区域的图像质量能够得到相对提升,从而改善整个匹配跟踪视频编码器的图像恢复质量.最后的实验结果表明,改进后的位分配策略能够有效地提高恢复图像帧的主观视觉质量,具有较强的应用价值.
A kind of modified bits allocation strategy for matching pursuit video coder is proposed. It can locate important regions of the attention priority dynamically based on advanced visual properties during the coding process. Then, original atom-searching scheme will be modified according above results in order to distribute the atoms around the interesting regions, thus the reconstructed images' quality of the matching pursuit video coder can be promoted. Final experimental results show that the modified scheme can improve the subjective visual quality of reconstructed images efficiently and has better application value.
