单组分室温交联水性木器涂料的制备

摘要 通过种子半连续乳液聚合方法合成了一系列带有乙酰乙酰氧基的反应性的丙烯酸酯乳液,利用透射电镜对乳胶粒子进行了表征,其粒径约80 nm,粒径分布较窄。通过红外光谱研究了乳胶粒子的交联反应,乙酰乙酰氧基和胺基的交联在室温下48 h可以反应完全。通过测量网链密度、吸水率、玻璃化转变温度(Tg)、铅笔硬度及机械性能等,研究了交联反应对乳液涂膜性能的影响。研究表明,通过交联可以有效地提高涂膜性能,并制得综合性能优异的水性木器涂料。 A series of reactive latexes which contains acetoacetate groups was synthesized by seeded semicontinuous emulsion polymerization. The size and morphology of the latex particles were investigated by TEM analysis. The results showed that the latex particles dispersed narrowly and the diameter of the latex particles was about 80 nm. The crosslinking reaction of acetoacetate groups with diamine was investigated by PTIR. The crosslinking reaction could take place completely in 48 hs at ambient. The effects of crosslinking agent AAEM on the films" Tg, water absorbtion, crosslink density and machanical properties were investigaed. The results showed that the latex films balance property had been developed via the crosslinking reaction at ambient. The excellent waterborne coatings for wood were prepared.
