摘要
利用Fenton反应、光照核黄素产生活性氧自由基·OH、O-·2分光光度法研究橄榄酒清除活性氧作用,通过硫代巴比妥分光光度法研究橄榄酒抗·OH引起的DNA氧化损伤的保护作用。结果表明,橄榄酒能清除·OH、O-·2自由基,对DNA的·OH氧化损伤有显著的抑制作用。
Active oxygen free radical including .OH and O^·2 in vitro were produced by Fenton reaction and riboflavine photosensitization. Then the elimination of active oxygen by canarium album wine was investigated by spectrophotometry and the protection on the damage of DNA chain induced by hydroxyl radical was studied by thiobarbituric acid spectrophotometry. The results showed that canarium album wine could eliminate free radical including · OH and O^·2 efficiently and it could also significantly inhibit anti-lipid peroxidation and the damage of DNA induced by free radical.
