摘要
中华酒文化是中华民族创造的有关酒事的一切文化成果,具有物质、精神、制度、行为4种基本形态。它随着物质文明的进步,心态观念的变迁,社会制度的更迭,以及现代文化的冲击和外来文明的切入而不断地发展变化,并呈现出多元多样性、交流融合性、复合再生性、传统继承性四大特征。
Chinese wine culture covers all the cultural achievements related to wine created by Chinese. It has four manifestations including material manifestation, spiritual manifestation, institutional manifestation, and behavioral manifestation. With rapid social development, the change of people's viewpoint, the shock of modem culture, and the influence of foreign culture, the development trend of Chinese wine culture has presented four main characteristics: multiplicity, amalgamation, regeneration and succession.(Tran, by YUE Yang)
