摘要
为了显示先天性心脏病心脏的动态立体结构图像,本文采用经胸壁及经食道检查法对10例正常人及24例先心病患者进行动态三维超声心动图研究,建立了不同切面心脏的立体剖面图,可分别从不同方向观察先天性心脏病病变部位的结构形态及活动状况。结果显示:动态三维超声心动图所建图像清晰,直观、立体感强,可以确定病变的空间位置、形态及严重程度,为心外科制定手术方案及评价疗效提供形态学依据。
To show the stereo image of cardiac anatomic structures of congential heart diseases (CHD), dynamic three-dimensonal echocardiography was performaed in 10 normal persons and 24 patietns with CHD.The data were obtained by transthoracic or transesophageal approach. Different dynamic three-dimensional echocariographic views of the heart were reconstructed by a 3D-Echoscan computer system. The abnormal location, morphology and dynamic activity of the heart could be observed very well from different views.The results showed that dynamic three-dimensional echocardiography study give a clear steroscopic view of the abnormality and provided accurate anatomic data of the heart of patients with CHD. It could help to define spatial location, relationship and extents of the abnormality, meanwhile, dynamic three-dimensional echocardiography is useful in formaulating surgical plan and evaluating operative results.
