MR imaging has Proved to be of great value in the assessment of joint disorders. Its multiplanner imaging capabilities and superior soft-tissue contrast could provide the most diagnostic information for evaluating the complex anatomy of joint and surrounding tissues's tiny structures. MR imaging may be the modality of choice for the joint disorders.
