摘要
目的：提高脑室内转移瘤种植转移ＭＲ影像的认识。方法：分析１４例肺腺癌脑室内转移瘤伴蛛网膜下腔内种植转移的ＭＲ表现，并与３１例脑室内原发肿瘤作比较。结果：脑室内转移的ＭＲ影像特征主要为：（１）在Ｔ２Ｗ图像上出现较低的不均匀混杂信号（８７％，１２／１４）；（２）多见脑室内和蛛网膜内的种植转移灶（１００％，１４／１４），脑室外侵犯少见（０％）结论：脑室内肿瘤如有脑室内和蛛网膜内的种植应考虑脑室转移瘤的可能。
PURPOSE:To improve the diagnosis of intraventricular metastasis (IVM) with subarachnoid seeding. METHODS:14 IVM from lung adenocarcinomas with subarachnoid seeding were analyzed and compared with 31 primary intraventricular tumors. RESULTS:The main features of IVM were followings:(1)mixed heterogeneous hypointense in T 2W images(87%,12/14);(2)high tendency to seed in ventricles and subarachniod spaces(100%,14/14),without extraventricular invasion(0%).CONCLUSION:The possibility of IVM shoud be considered if an intraventricular tumor is founded with subarachnoid seedings.
