The Sagittal imges of the brain SPECT were observed in contract with the corresponding sectional specimens of brain.The higher、middle and lower density areas of each SPECT images were analysed,then more structures would be recognized.According to these structures,the lagers of images were settled.From superficial to deep,the names or features of eight layers were successively arranged as follows:①lateral cortex,②lateral cerebral fissure,③insula,④putamen,trigone of lateral ventricle,⑤leniform nucleus,thalamus and each portion of ventricle (except anterior horn).⑥three gray massa and interal capsule,⑦genu of interal capsule,corpus callosum,ventricle,⑧corpus callosem、ventricle,thalamus、hypothalamus、third ventricle、superior quadrigeminal cistern.Finally cortical functional areas and arterial territories were also drawn on the sketches of images with anatomic knowledge.
