摘要 利用喷丸处理技术实现了工业纯钛的表面纳米化,利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)对表层组织演变过程和表层晶粒纳米化的细化机理进行了研究,并用显微硬度计对表层硬度进行了测试。研究结果表明,传统表面喷丸处理后可在工业纯钛表面得到一定厚度的纳米层和剧烈塑性变形层。喷丸处理后,工业纯钛表面硬度显著提高。 The surface nanocrystallization of commercially pure titanium was realized by shot peening treatment. The microstructural evolution of nanocrystal and the grain refinement mechanism of commercially pure titanium were examined by using the optical microscope, the scanning electron microscope and the transmission electron microscope. Furthermore,the microhardness of the surface layers were examined by microhardness testing machine. Experimental results show that the layers of severe plastic deformation with nanocrystalline structures are obtained after the shot peening treatment. The surface-hardness of the samples increase greatly after the treatment.
