摘要
采用新型浸蚀剂725-6在光学显微镜下研究了80mm厚9Ni3CrMoV船体钢的显微组织,并与透射电镜下的观察结果进行对比。结果表明,在光镜下可以清晰地观察到低碳板条回火马氏体及贝氏体的组织形貌,并能较准确地定量评定沿板厚方向不同位置处马氏体含量,与透射电镜下的观察结果相吻合。
The microstructure of 9Ni3CrMoV steel in different position along with the plate thickness was studied by optical microscope with a kind of new corrosive 725-6,and compared with the observed results by TEM. The low carbon tempering lath-martensite and bainite were clearly observed in optical microscope, and the content of martensite along with plate thickness could be measured accurately, which accords with the results of TEM analyses.
