激光熔覆添加稀土Ni基合金涂层的组织 被引量:1

摘要 为提高零件表面的耐磨性和耐蚀性,采用CO2激光器在45钢表面熔覆添加稀土的Ni-Cr-B-Si合金粉末,获得了与基体呈冶金结合的、性能良好的镍基涂层。采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射、显微硬度计对熔覆层的界面组织、显微硬度、物相等做了分析。结果表明,激光熔覆添加稀土的Ni基合金涂层组织由平面晶、胞状晶、柱状树枝晶组成,涂层具有较高的硬度,稀土变质的激光熔覆处理对提高低碳钢性能具有重要的指导意义。 Ni-Cr-B-Si alloy powder with adding rare earth was cladded by CO2 laser on the surface of 45 steel, then Ni-based coating which is combined in metallurgy with the matrix and has good performance was obtained. Microstructure ,microhardness and phase of the composite coatings were investigated by SEM, XRD and EDS. The results show that microstructure of the coating consists of plane, dendrite and cellular, and the coating has higher hardness. So the laser cladding process of rare earth transmutation can improve the performance of low-carbon steel.
