摘要
通过盐浴共晶化渗硼原理对钢表面渗硼工艺进行优化,用金相显微镜、显微硬度仪对渗硼后组织及硬度进行观察和分析。结果表明,采用盐浴共晶化法渗硼可在较短的时间在钢表面形成较厚的Fe2B、γ-Fe共晶组织渗层。该工艺适合对中小型工件进行整体表面强化处理。
The new method ofeutectic melting boronizing on steel surface was optimized.The microstructure and phases of the surface, sub-surface and micro-hardness ofboronizing layer were observed and analysed by means of the optical microscope and micro-hardness tester. The results show that the depth ofeutectic boronizing layer Fe2B,γ- Fe are improved through eutectic melting boronizing at shorter fine, This technology is specially suited for surface intensification of minitype workpiece.
