Classification and prognosis of cauda equina injury caused by protrusion of lumbar disc

手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症合并马尾神经损伤患者60例，随访42例。提出了按发病急援和损伤程度为标准的分型方法，讨论了不同类型患者手术治疗方式的选择及预后。

60 cases of Cauda Equina injury caused by protrusion of lumbar disc were reported. Classifica-tion according to the initial time and injury severity were presented,and the author analysed the selec-tion of surgical approach and the prognosis based upon various types.
