摘要
本文以高斯光束传播规律为基础,对化学式探头光纤传感器中的激光器与光纤,光纤与光纤以及光纤与接收器的高斯光束耦合规律进行理论分析,并探讨了这种光纤传感器的合理设计方案.
Base on the propagation law of Gaussian beam, the regular of Gaussian beam coup-ling from laser to fiber, fiber to fiber and fiber to detector in the chemical probefiberoptic sensor are analyzed theoretically in this paper, and a reasonable design schemeof this kind fiberoptic sensor are discussed.
