摘要
将生物相容性极好的微粒型羟基磷灰石人工骨(PHAB)用于美容整形外科中的隆鼻术、颏部充填术和颞部充填术,共89例,一次成功率达97.76%,二次成功率达100%,随访3~22个月,手术效果满意且无任何毒副反应,PHAB具有造型自然、逼真等特点,明显优于固体硅胶。本文探讨了PHAB置入的最佳位置:隆鼻术为鼻背筋膜下隧道;颏部充填术为下颌骨颏部骨膜下腔隙;颞部充填术为颞深筋膜浅深层间。笔者认为,随着PHAB的进一步开发应用,可能完全替代固体硅胶。
This paper reports 89 cases of facial esthetic operations: including 82 cases of augmentation rhinophasty, 5 cases of augmentation genioplasty and 2 casesof augmentation temporalplasty with particle hydroxylaptite artifical bone (PHAB). It was reported that the biocompatibility of PHAB is excellent. The following-up study within 3~22 months showed that the successful rate of one and two operation were 97.76% and 100% respectively, and all patients achieved much more natural out-shape without any sideeffect and better than sillicone rubber. This article also discussed the best postion of PHAB implanted: the space under dorsum nasi fascia for augmentation rhinophasty, the space between mandible and mandibular periosteum on mental area for augmentation genioplasty, and the space between superficial and deep temporal fascia for augmentation temporalplasty. Authors suggest PHAB could completely replace sillicone rubber for facial esthetic operation in the futare.
