Repairing the skin loss of perineum with skin flaps

采用胸脐皮瓣，腹股沟皮瓣，大腿外侧皮瓣，大阴唇皮瓣修复会阴部皮肤缺损２２例。皮瓣的选择主要根据缺损组织的范围和功能。胸脐皮瓣的优点是不受受区条件的限制，可提供的皮瓣面积大。腹股沟皮瓣优点是操作简便。大腿外侧皮瓣游离移植可降低会阴部的创伤。大阴唇皮瓣主要用于阴道再造。

cases of skin loss of perineum have been repaired with thoraco-umblical skin falps, groin skin flaps, lateral thigh skin flaps and labia major skin flaps. According to the receiving area and function of skin loss, the flaps were chosen. Merit of thoraco-umblical skin flaps is no limit on wound condition of receiring area and has a large area of flap. The advantage of groin skin flap is simple to operate. Merit of lateral thigh skin flaps free transplantation lies in that perineum trauma is reduced. Labia majora skin flap is used to reconstruct the vagina.
