压力对真皮下血管网皮片成活影响的实验研究

Experimental study of pressure effect on surviving of skin graft with subdermal vascular rete

用自行设计的连续恒定测压装置，测定出猪躯干部真皮下血管网皮片移植后的最适压力为３０ｍｍＨｇ，装置简单、实用、准确，可用于临床。

A device of pressure measurement designed by ourselves was used to measure the suitable pressure on skin graft with subdermal vascular rete on trunks of porcines. The result demonstrated that the most suitable pressure for surviving of this kind of skin graft is 30mmHg.the device is quite simple, useful and accurate, it also can be used on clinical cases.
