新型表面活性剂CNDMAM的合成研究

摘要 以10-溴代癸酸和甲基丙烯酸二甲胺基乙酯为原料,合成了一种新型表面活性剂甲基丙烯酰氧乙基二甲基羧壬基溴化铵(CNDMAM)。测定了该产物的表面活性,并用红外光谱和定性滴定等方法表征其结构。根据正交试验,确定了表面活性剂 CNDMAM 的最佳合成条件:n(甲基丙烯酸二甲胺基乙酯):n(10-溴化癸酸)=2:1,反应温度55℃,反应时间8 h,在此合成条件下,CNDMAM 收率可达47.85%。 A new surfactant (9 - carboxynonyl) - dimethyl - (2 - methyl - acryloyloxyl - ethyl ammonium bromide (CNDMAM) was synthesized from dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate (DM) and 10- bromodecanoic acid. The influ- ences of time and proportioning on yield were discussed. Surface activity of the surfactant was determined and its structure was confirmed by FT- IR. The optimal synthetic condition was determined by orthogonal experiment as follows: n(DM) : n( 10 - bromodecanoic acid) was 2: 1, reaction temperature was 55 ℃, reaction time was 8 h. The yield of CNDMAM was 47.85 % under above optimal condition.
