壳聚糖是甲壳素脱乙酰化的天然聚合物,有着良好的生物学特性。综述了化学改性壳聚糖的方法和产物特性,及改性壳聚糖在医药、工业废水处理和食品工业等领域的应用。
Chitosan is a natural polymer produced by chitin acetylation. The chemical modification methods of chitosan and the properties of the modified chitosan, and their applications in pharmaceutical, industrial waste water treatment and food industry were reviewed.
