摘要
本文提出准质心方法采集呼吸运动信息。利用超声对两个体模成像,将视频流分解为单帧图像,选择感兴趣区域和图像阈值处理,然后利用准质心方法获取运动组织的呼吸信号。将该方法与相关系数法作比较,包括信号周期、相位和相关分析比较,以此来验证该方法用于信号采集的可行性。结果显示,不同呼吸周期下,两种方法得到的周期误差小于3%,相位差异小于0.08 s,相关分析显示两种方法存在正相关。因此准质心方法也适用于呼吸信号采集。
A method termed as quasi - centroid (QC) proposed to acquire information of respiratory motion.Two phantoms were imaging with B- mode ultrasound unit. Video stream was decomposed into individual image frames. After selection of region of interest and threshold method, phantoms contour derived from threshold were used for QC.A comparison of correlation coefficient (CC) method and QC in period, phage, and correlation analysis were employed to validate the feasibility of acquiring respiratory information of QC. In various environment two phantoms moved, period difference and phase difference for irregular motion are less than 3 %, 0.08s, respectively.And correlation test also indicates good positive correlation. Thereby Qc is also feasible to acquiring respiratory information.
