摘要 藏族地区教育,尤其是牧区教育是目前最难办的教育之一,而青海牧区教育就是这样一个典型。在西部大开发的特殊条件下,针对青海藏族地区的实际情况,应抓住基础建设和义务教育的重点,调整学校布局,合理配置教育资源,加强师资培训,建立特色鲜明的民族寄宿制学校,完善贫困学生资助制度等,以提高整体教育水平。 Education in Tibetan-inhabited regions, especially in pastoral areas, faces the most difficult problems, and this is typically true of education in pastoral areas of Qinghai Province. Under the special circumstances of developing the westem region, in order to raise the overall level of education in accordance with the reality of Tibetan-inhabited regions in Qinghai Province, we should give priority to infrastructure construction and compulsory education, readjust distribution of schools, properly allocate educational resources, strengthen teachers' training, set up ethnic boarding schools with distinctive characteristics, and improve aiding system for students from low-income families.
