湘鄂渝黔边民族地区高等职业教育改革和发展的探讨

Inquiry on the Reform and Development of Higher Vocational Education in Ethnic Border Regions of Hunan,Hubei,Guizhou Provinces and Chongqing

湘鄂渝黔边民族地区高等职业教育的定位应该是“以坚持服务地方社会经济为目标,以就业为导向,培养面向地方生产、管理、服务一线的实用性、技能型高级人才”;必须确立“围绕产业办教育、办好教育促产业”的办学思路;在促进农村剩余劳动力转移方面拓展办学空间;与边区新农村建设相适应并呈良性互动。要实现上述设想就得加强改革,突出办学特色,走“产、学、研”相结合的发展之路。

Higher vocational education in ethnic border regions of Hunan, Hubei, Guizhou provinces and Chongqing should be oriented toward serving local social economy, increasing employment and training talents with practical skills for local sectors of production, management and service. We should adhere to the principle of running schools according to the needs of industrial development, expand specialties to increase employment of surplus rural labors, and promote mutual benefit and cooperation between schools and the border regions in their construction of the new countryside. To achieve the goal, we should enhance reform, run schools with characteristics and combine study and research with production.
