前路与后路Steffee手术治疗腰椎滑脱症术式评价

Evaluation of Anterior Reduction with Bony Fusion and Posterior Steffee's Operation for the Treatment of Spondylolisthesis

本文总结了1989～1995年我院61例腰椎滑脱症手术治疗效果,其中Ⅰ°滑脱28例,Ⅱ°滑脱28例。前路腹膜外腰椎融合术22例,优良率90.9％;后路Steffee手术39例,优良率79.5％。本文对本组资料两种手术方式进行了评价,提出了两种术式的个人见解,认为L_(3.4)滑脱选用前路腰椎融合术为好,而L_5滑脱以后路Steffee手术为宜。

Sixty-one cases of spondylolisthesis were treated by surgical operation in this hospital from 1989 to 1995. In these 61 cases, 33 cases were classified as grade I ,and 28 cases as grade I .The anterior extraperitoneal reduction with bony fusion had been performed in 22 cases,the excellent and good result was 90. 9%.The posterior Steffee's operation had been carried on in 39 caese, the excellent and good result was 79. 5%. The advantages and disadvantages of these two operative procedures are discussed. We prefer that the anterior fusion is the method of choice for the displacement of the third and fourth lumbar spine,and posterior Steffee's operation for the fifth lumbar spine.
