摘要
影响农民收入增长的因素中,作用最显著的有物质资本、劳动力素质和劳动力转移比例。其中:劳动力素质对农民收入增长的贡献最大,这表明了加强农村教育、提高人口素质的必要性;农业种植结构调整对人均收入影响不显著;而劳动力从农业部门向非农业部门就业的流动则对农民收入呈现负的显著性影响,表明农村劳动力转移已经到了一个临界点。
Among the factors affecting rural income growth, the most significant ones are physical capital, labor quality and the pro- portion of labor transferred, labor quality makes the biggest contribution to rural income growth, indicating the necessity to improve rural education and population quality. Crop planting structure has an insignificant effect on income per capita. The transfer of labor from agriculture to non - agricuhural sectors has a significant negative impact on rural income, reflecting that rural labor transfer has reached a critical point.
