摘要
本文基于癌细胞在41℃~43℃时比正常细胞对热更敏感而被杀死的实验事实,提出了癌中心汽化边缘热杀死的激光治癌模型,并根据热传导方程,对激光治癌模型进行了定量研究。
Based on the fact that cancer cells are killed at 41℃~43℃,whereas the normal cellsare alive yet, a model is proposed that a laser beam with suitable parameters is led to thecentre of a spheriod cancerous tumour so that the central cells of the tumour are ablatedand the suburbs are heated to death.The remainder of the ablated are cleaned by suction.The laser energy and exposure for a supposed size tumour have been determined bycalculating an equation describing the heating process of interaction of laser beam withtumour.
