摘要
荣辱观是道德功能和作用真正得以发挥和实现的内在动力机制;荣辱观是个人道德修养提高的基础;荣辱观是社会道德水平提升的根本。因而,现阶段我国的道德建设的根本和关键,就是要用社会主义荣辱观统领我国的道德建设,要在全社会倡导和践行社会主义荣辱观,从而真正提高我国的道德水平和个人的道德修养。
Outlook of honor or disgrace is the inner motion mechanism for the tunctlon and effect ot morality to actually give play and realize, it is the basis for individual morality accomplishment to enhance, and it is also the fundamentality for social morality standard to increase. Therefore, at present, the key and fundamentality of morality construction in our country are leading our morality construction by socialist outlook of honor or disgrace, and we should advocate and carry out socialist outlook of honor or disgrace in the whole society, actually enhancing the morality standard of our country and individual morality accomplishment.
