目前知识管理已经成为企事业提高技术、竞争、商务和策略智能的重要手段，针对当前知识管理系统存在检索时存在大量无关知识等问题，提出了新的知识管理系统，给出了其框架结构，并研究了其实现的关键技术一一本体的建立、知识的获取、知识的存储、知识的检索。为建立企业知识管理系统提供了新的理论和方法。
