Development of National Policy Simulator of Social Economic Security

国家经济安全是指一国经济在整体上不至于因某些社会、经济问题的演化而受到过大的打击和或损失过多的国民经济利益,并且能够避免或化解可能发生的局部性或全局性的社会!经济危机。21世纪初,这个问题受到了西方国家普遍重视,政策模拟器成为国家制定政策的科学工具。本文介绍了政策模拟器研究的发展概况,分析了当前的中国需求及建立政策模拟器的基础科学问题。

National social economic security is concerning the situation of a country in which its entire economy can survive from the attack on it due to the change of social or economics problems, and it can avoid or reconcile potential partial or general social economic crisis. At the beginning of 21st century, this problem attracts large attention from western countries as the scientific base of policy decision. This article introduced the history of development of policy simulators, analyzed the current demand of China, and clarified the basic science problems of establishing a policy simulator.
