琼枝麒麟菜多糖对辐射损伤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的研究琼枝麒麟菜多糖(EGP)对辐射损伤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的影响。方法将50只小鼠随机分为空白对照组(A组)、照射对照组(B组)和3个不同剂量EGP加照射组(C、D、E组),C、D、E组分别以3个不同剂量(100、200和400mg·kg-1.d-1)按每10g体质量0.1ml灌胃,连续10d;A组和B组均用等量生理氯化钠溶液灌胃,7d后除A组外均行一次性γ射线照射,照射剂量2Gy,24h后检测巨噬细胞吞饮功能和巨噬细胞产生白介素-1β(IL-1β)蛋白生物活性能力。结果D、E组小鼠巨噬细胞吞饮功能值(0.446±0.089,0.672±0.093)明显高于B组(0.208±0.060,P<0.01);D、E组小鼠巨噬细胞产生IL-1β蛋白量[(2347±254),(3111±628)cpm]明显高于B组[(1327±729)cpm,P<0.01]。结论EGP对辐射损伤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞具有一定的保护作用。 Objective To study the effect of eucheuma gelatinae polysaccharide (EGP) on macrophage in in'adiated mice. Methods Fifty mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, normal control group(A group) , irradiated control group(B group) and 3 EGP treatment groups( C ,D,E groups). C ,D and E groups were fed with EGP 100,200,400 mg· kg^-1 · d^-1 respectively for 10 days,and A,B groups were fed with equal volume of physiological saline. On the 7th day, B,C ,D,E groups were irradiated with γ-rays (2.0 Gy). Phagocytotic activity and the excretion of interleukin-1 β were examined 24 hours after the irradiation. Results Phagocytic capacity (0. 446 ± 0. 089,0. 672 ± 0. 093 ) in D and E groups treated with EGP were significantly higher than those in B group(0. 208 ± 0. 060, P 〈 0. 01 ) ,and the excretion of intedeukin-1β in macroghages [ (2 347 ± 254), (3 111 ± 628 )cpm ] respectively in D and E groups treated with EGP were significantly higher than those in B group [ (1 327 ± 729)cpm, P 〈 0. 01 ]. Conclusion EGP can protect peritoneal macrophages in irradiated mice.
