摘要
目的对电容器行业铅职业危害的综合治理效果进行评价,为探索有效的职业病防控方法提供依据。方法对电容器行业进行现场职业卫生调查,针对行业特点从生产工艺、卫生防护工程、职业健康教育和职业卫生管理等方面进行综合治理,治理前后检测作业场所空气铅浓度,铅作业工人作职业健康检查。结果喷金、撕纸和赋能作业场所的铅污染最严重,经治理3个工序的铅浓度大幅降低,检测点合格率分别由2.9%、3.6%、5.6%提高到45.5%、40.9%、52.4%(P<0.05),作业工人职业性铅中毒的检出率由8.7%降至0.3%(P<0.05)。结论采取的综合治理措施效果显著,适合在该行业推广。
Objective To evaluate the effect of synthetic measures on controlling occupational lead hazard in condenser industries, and to explore an effective way to protect the workers from lead hazard. Methods Implemented were synthetic controlling measures, including occupational health education, hygiene protecting engineering and occupational health management. Lead dust concentration was tested and the workers exposed to lead dust were examined. Results There was serious occupational lead hazard in condenser industry. After controlling measures were implemented, the lead concentration in three working procedure points decreased significantly and qualified rates increased in the workplaces of spraying tin, tearing packing paper and charging, from 2.9% , 3.6% and 5.6% up to 45.5% , 40.9% and 52.4% respectively ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , the rate of occupational lead poisoning was decreased from 8. 7% down to 0. 3% (P 〈0.05). Conclusion These synthetic controlling measures are effective to protect the workers in this industry.
