摘要
机械设计中的许多参数是服从某种分布的随机变量,而不是常量.因此在机械设计中,以非确定性的随机方法来研究、设计机械零件和机械系统,是现代机械方法的一个重要内容.在此对齿轮进行了可靠性设计,并用蒙特卡洛法进行了数值模拟,证明该方法用于齿轮设计是正确且可行的.
In machine design, many parameters are random variables that obey certain distributions, not the constants. Hence in modem machine design, it is crucial to study and design mechanical parts and systems using stochastic method. In this paper, taking the gear as an example, the reliability design method was explored. Monte Carlo simulation was employed to realize the reliability design of gears, proving that the application of Monte Carle method in gear design is appropriate and feasible.
