摘要
本研究采用逻辑回归分离分析方法,对78个双相情感障性碍家系进行遗传方式分析,发现其遗传方式符合T_(AB)Free模型,认为双相情感性障碍具有遗传主基因效应,但不符合孟德尔遗传规律。
To reveal the inheritance mode of bipolar affective disorder by segregation' analysis. Methods 78 bipolar affective disorder pedigrees were analyzed with logistic regressive segregation analysis. Results The overall best fitting model was non-Mendelian transmission in which TAB is a free parameter. Conclusions It was revealed that there were evidences for some forms of major gene transmission with apparent non-Mendelian character.
