旅途精神病临床症状的聚类及其相关分析

A cluster analysis of the clinical manifestations and the influencing factors in traveling psychosis

为探讨旅途精神病的临床分型及其影响因素的相关性,作者对符合CCMD—2—R诊断标准的72例旅途精神病患者进行研究。结果表明(1)临床症状经R型聚类后,发现除第一类症状群以意识障碍为主体,第二、三、四类症状群均以思维障碍、行为障碍为主,故临床分型可能按二型区分较妥;(2)各症状群与生物心理社会影响因素的相关程度不一;(3)各症状群中与有关变量呈显著相关的症状之间有一定的因果关系。提示对旅途精神病进行综合干预的重要性。

To classify the clinical symptoms and to explore the influening factors in traveling psychosis. Methods 72 patients with traveling psychosis were studied with type R cluster analysis. Results Conscious disturbance was the market symptom in the first group, while thought disorder and behavioral disorder were in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th groups. There were different influencing factors in different groups. Conclusions The traveling psychosis is an important new category in mental disorders which need integrated intervention.
