摘要
以国际商用通讯卫星的卫星舱布局方案优化设计为背景,研究卫星舱基于Pro/Engineer软件的布局CAD系统的优化过程中前后两阶段粗精干涉计算和基于矩阵变换的质量特性计算的方法,以满足优化过程中既快速又精确的性能计算要求.文后数值实验表明本文干涉计算方法的必要性和有效性,本文质量特性计算方法可以既快又较精确地计算不规则或质量不均匀的待布物质量特性.
The paper addresses the layout design of an international commercial global communication satellite. In order to optimize the layout of the satellite module, a two-stage (rough stage and exact stage) collision calculation method and a matrix transformation based mass property calculation method are investigated. Both methods are implemented in Pro/Engineer. The experimental results show that the collision calculation method is effective, and the mass property calculation method can be applied to obtain the mass property of the irregular objects or the objects with non-uniform mass distribution.
