神经电生理监测在面神经微血管减压术中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 微血管减压术能够治愈面肌痉挛,但其手术疗效及并发症的发生依然困扰临床医生。电生理技术能够在手术过程中对神经功能进行实时评价,对提高疗效减少并发症起到积极的作用。本文对国内外微血管减压术中电生理监测的技术手段、评价标准以及实际应用价值的最新进展作一简要综述。
