有效并且安全的靶向性载体是基因治疗能否成功的关键。本文简要介绍了基因治疗靶向性载体的作用原理和选择原则;比较了几种常用的病毒载体、非病毒载体以及新开发的载体系统的优缺点。

Effective and secure targeted vector is the key of the gene therapy succeed or not. In this paper, the action principle and selection principle of the gene therapy vectors are briefly introduced and the advantage and disadvantage of some usual viral vectors, non -viral vectors and the latest developed deliver systems are compared.
