摘要
目的探讨三维超声容积成像诊断胎儿畸形的临床价值。方法采用Voluson730Expert RAB2-5L3D容积探头,对72例高危妊娠胎儿头颅、颜面、四肢、脊柱等部位进行三维容积成像。结果超声检出胎儿畸形27例共59处,三维超声容积图像可直观显示感兴趣区的表面特征、立体形态及空间关系,使唇裂、脊柱裂、足内翻等多种畸形的诊断更加准确和容易。结论三维超声容积图像立体生动,形态逼真,能提供更丰富的诊断信息,有助于胎儿畸形的产前诊断。
Objective To assess the clinical volume of three- dimensional ultrasonography volume image in prenatal diagnosis of fetal malformations. Methods Seventy - two pregnant women in 12 to 40 week of gestation with high - risk factors were examined by Voluson730 Expert RAB2- 5L three dimensional volume probe ,and their fetuses' head, face, extremity, vertebral column and other structures were reconstructed. Results In 46 normal cases and 27 fetals with 59 anomalies, three - dimensional volume image could demonstrate the surface features and stereo- shape of the fetal structures, as well as the spatial relationship among them. Most of fetal malformations such as cleftlip, spina bifida, clubfoot could be diagnosed by 3DUS clearly and efficiently. Conlcusion Three - dimensional volume image could provide more vivid and more helpful informations in prenatal diagnosis of fetal malformation.
