神经细胞粘附分子在眼科学中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 神经细胞粘附分子(NCAM)在神经系统的发育中起重要作用,目前国内外对NCAM在眼科学领域中的作用也进行了初步的研究。本文就NCAM的生物学特性,NCAM与视乳头区星形细胞、雪旺细胞、视网膜神经节细胞之间的关系,及其在临床眼科疾病中的研究进展作一综述。 The neural cell adhesion molecule is essential to the development of nervous system. At present, elementary studies on the role of NCAM have been conducted home and abroad. This review described such things as the biological nature of NCAM, the relation of NCAM and astrocytes in optic papilla, the relation of NCAM and schwann cells, the relation of NCAM and retinal ganglion cells, the relation of NCAM and ophthalmological diseases.
