青光眼是危害视功能,引起失明的重要原因之一。对青光眼病因、病理、预防、诊断、治疗的研究需要合适的青光眼动物模型。眼压是影响青光眼发生、发展、预后的重要因素,能准确测量实验动物的眼压对研究青光眼的发生机制、病理变化、治疗方法以及预后都有重大意义。本文就实验动物眼压测量的方法进行综述。

Glaucoma is one of the leading causes for visual function damage and blindness. It is necessary to find a kind of animal model suitable for the research on etiology, pathology, prevention, diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma. The intraocular pressure is a critical factor for the onset, development and prognosis of glaucoma. The precise measurement of intraocular pressure of experimental animals is quite significant for the study of pathogenesis, pathological changes, treatment and prognosis of glaucoma. This article reviewed the methods of measuring animal models＇ intraocular pressure.
