前房相关性免疫偏离的研究进展

Advance of anterior chamber-associated immune deviation

前房相关性免疫偏离(anterior chamber-associated immune deviation,ACAID)是一种机体主动的下调性免疫反应。其临床意义在于:(1)通过诱导ACAID提高角膜、视网膜等眼组织移植的成功率;(2)通过诱导ACAID防治葡萄膜视网膜炎,避免发生疱疹性角膜基质炎;(3)通过消除ACAID避免其不利影响。本文就acaid的研究进展作一综述。

The development of initiative systemic tolerance is called anterior chamber-associated immune deviation （ACAID）. This phenomenon of ACAID has important clinical significance on eye vision. First, we can enhance successful rate of cornea and retina transplantation by inducing ACAID. Second, uveitis and retinitis can be prevented and cured, and herpes interstitial keratitis can be avoided by inducing ACAID. Finally, the related disadvantages may be avoided by abolishing ACAID. The present paper summarizes the advancement of researches on ACAID.
