摘要
目的:探讨眼外伤超声影像学分析的方法和意义,评价超声检查在眼外伤中的诊断及对手术的指导意义。方法:采用法国光太公司生产的CineScan眼科专用超声诊断仪回顾性的分析了2005-12/2006-12经B超检查的眼外伤986例。结果:经B超检查阳性率达97%以上,和临床、术中所见CT等结果符合率达90%。结论:B超检查是眼外伤后眼科辅助检查中必不可少的一种手段。对手术有重要的指导意义。
ATM： The method and significance of ultrasonic scanning applied in eye injury were discussed. The application of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of eye injury and in the instruction to surgical manipulation is evaluated.
METHODS： CineScan eye ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus was used to review and analyze 986 cases of eye injury from December 2005 to December 2006.
RESULTS： Positive rate reached above 97%. In comparison with the results of clinical and CT data, the coincidence rate is 90%.
CONCLUSION： B-type ultrasonic scanning seems to be an essential diagnostic technique for the eye injury, and has important guiding significance in the operation.
